Returns & Exchanges

At RVCA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns on all unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
